Outdoor Challenge Course

Established in 1999, the CSI Challenge Course has grown into the largest pole ropes course on a college campus in the world. The mission of the CSI Challenge Program is not to direct the journey, but rather to aid the learning process. Through seeing, thinking, communicating, and experiencing, we find that we gain a better understanding of ourselves, others, and how we view the world.

  • Outdoor Recreation Center

    The CSI Outdoor Recreation Center serves to provide students, faculty & staff, and community members with adventure-based learning through outdoor and wilderness experiences. Equipment rental information, payment information, and schedules can be found here.

  • Outdoor Ropes Course

    Built to accommodate groups from 10 to 300 in size, the Outdoor Ropes Course offers low elements from 12 feet from the ground to elements up to 50 feet.

  • Indoor Challenge Course

    The indoor challenge course hosts 7 high elements, and a variety of portables, games, and initiatives to foster learning environments focused on team building, problem-solving, communication, creativity.
